Who We Are
Primac Care LLC provides Medicaid-funded adult day program in New Jersey offering person-centered support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We partner with families to provide individualized plans, skill-building, social activities, therapeutic supports, transportation and Medicaid coordination.
